TV personality, entrepreneur, Producer & Actress, Earlene Camielle has evolved from playing it safe in the corporate world to living out purpose & passion daily. Evolving many times over the past 42 years, this project manager, operations and leadership expert spent most of her career in hospitality but has pivoted & successfully ventured into media and entrepreneurship. 

Earlene prides herself on being the mom of Sharyn, Shanead & Destine and most importantly, a child of God. She intentionally lives out purpose in every move that she makes; with every encounter and in every experience. She believes that she was put here to pour light onto situations and people & to bring hope through the anointing that God has bestowed on her. With every opportunity given, Earlene executes with excellence & heart. This is evident in her current projects & businesses; JourneyTV & Casting Call Bahamas where both platforms give Bahamians the opportunity to share their life’s work & their talents on camera. 

With being committed to self development & improvement, Earlene believes that she will continue to evolve and use the gifts bestowed on her in new environments and new spaces. Therefore, this creative has no plans of slowing down and expects to add many more creative titles to her line of work.
