Beijing Rodgers

Beijing Rodgers is from the beautiful island nation of The Bahamas. Her life's work and legacy are focused on creating thriving spaces for youth leadership, empowerment, and development. This is achieved through her Youth-led Non-profit Organisation, IOT - It's Our Turn, which she started at the tender age of 12 years old and through her Christian Life & Purpose Coaching business called, Coaching with Beijing. Her program focuses on the young person's professional & personal development, connecting them to their creator through self-discovery & life purpose.

Beijing has travelled around the world doing missionary work for impoverished youth since the age of 4 years old, represented her country to the United Nations as a Youth Speaker & Delegate on 4 occasions, been awarded as Top Millennial of The Bahamas & Received 2 National Youth Awards regarding her youth work; and has spoken to numerous Youth audiences around the globe, most recently speaking to 20,000 people in India sharing the legacy she would like to leave behind for the youth of the world.

Beijing believes young people are the tool to change the world and all they need is a push in the right direction, with intentional and purposeful guidance, attention, and training.
